2003 10X PINOT GRIS
 The
Pinot Gris fruit was grown exclusively on the Wallis Vineyard. Half the
juice was wild yeast fermented and all fermentation was carried out in
old oak with the firm intention of greatly limiting wood influence, 100%
malolactic fermentation followed the 10 months in old oak prior to
bottling under Stelvin cap.

2002 10X Label Reserve Chardonnay

Kyte-Powell Epicure Uncorked 1st July 2003 four and half stars
...'Powerful nose of slightly Burgundian style. Complex winery
influences are now adding nut brittle, pastry and leesy touches to light
stone - fruit character. The texture is smooth and it finishes dry and
long. An uncharacteristically cool spring and summer resulted in low
crop levels, with this fruit ripened perfectly by sunshine and warm
weather through autumn. The palate is intense flavours of grapefruit,
nectarine and spice integrated into a creamy palate of wonderful weight
and texture. Finishes long with refreshing acidity. The colour is green
gold with an alcoholic content of 13.5%.

2003 10X Label Chardonnay

Edwards The Age 'Tasting 'Sat 3rd July 2004... exhibits concentrated
aromas of sweet Meyer lemons,cashews and toasty oak. The thickly
textured palate offers layers of sweet stone fruits and citrus flavours
offset by a refreshing savoury undertone. This wine is reagy to drink
now and over the next three years.

Cape Mentelle Georgiana 2004
 This
year's Georgiana is once again an exotic blend reflecting her name no
doubt. Sauvignon and Chardonnay are the predominant varieties,
comprising 75% of the blend with equal portions of Semillon and Chenin
making up the balance.
AN
EXCELLENT VINTAGE, MILD AND DRY CONDITIONS RESULTING IN A LONG RIPENING
PERIOD PRODUCING GRAPES OF EXCELLENT FLAVOUR INTENSITY.
Lifted
aromas of citrus and passionfruit. The palate is succulent with mouth
filling softness, yet finishing with typical Georgiana crispness. The
aromatic melon and lemon flavours skip merrily across the palate,
departing with a clean and refreshing finish. Analysis: 13.5% Alcohol,
6.9g/L acidity, pH 3.38.

Cape Mentelle Marmaduke 2002
 Marmaduke
is an eclectic blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro and a dash of other
varieties including Merlot and Pinot Noir. Grapes are sourced from Cape
Mentelle's Trinders and McHenry vineyards and the Maiolo Vineyard,
located 25 kilometres north of Margaret River.

Vibrant dark cherry with chocolate and nutmeg spice.raspeberry fruit

wine is based on the 1993 and 1998 vintages. The very fine persistent
bead and full mousse are emphatic precursers to the quality of the nose
and palate. It is a complex wine, with vitality and freshness.

bottle (over four years) has given the intense fruit/acid spine great

pure and perfumed and deliciously spicy. Similar in some ways to the
1995 with elements of 2000. "...its definition of Pinot fruit and
impeccable balance. Always looks quite Chambolle alongside he 'Block
Five' and this holds true in 2003. Will develop more complexity over
