Chancellors
Cellars is able to deliver World Wide via International Air and Economy
Air. Please Note: Orders to Japan are limited to a
maximum of 10 kg approximately 6 x 750 ml bottles. This will require a
case of 12 to be shipped on two separate consignments which will incur two freight
and insurance charges.
Costs
of International Freight is calculated automatically via our shopping cart
when you place your order. The amount is displayed as a sub total referred to as
"Freight". Please allow 7 - 21 days for delivery (for
cheque payments – cheques must firstly be cleared before order is processed).
At
present Chancellors Cellars is unable to deliver to the United States of America
and North America due to National, State, and Territory Liquor Laws and
Regulations. However, if you hold a Liquor License and you are over the
age of 21, you can sign for the delivery and the order is shipped to a business
address holding a Liquor License, we may be able to assist you, only after
confirmation of these details. Important - Customs Clearance.:
The purchaser is responsible to pay for any additional costs for Custom
Clearance. You must check with your local authorities and
your country's customs or import duties, excises, laws, regulations, permits
and licences on alcohol, if applicable, before you order.
In some countries, you must be 21 years of age to order and receive alcohol.
Overseas customers who wish to order, for
special occasions,
wine, beer or spirits for delivery to friends and relatives who reside in Australia, Australia Wide freight charges apply and delivery is via
Australia Post eParcel.
Credit
Card Payment
Your Credit Card information is
processed by secure ecommerce shopping cart software and credit card processing
is provided by ezimerchant. Chancellors Cellars accepts MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and JCB (Japanese Bureau Card)
If you
wish, you can use the account details for payments using Direct Deposit or
Internet Banking. After payment is confirmed the goods will be despatched.

If you
choose the following payment option such as direct deposit you may deposit your
payment at a St George Bank (Australia) through Internet Banking. Funds
are to be deposited into the following account:

International Customer and wish to use Direct Deposit please email to us

to confirm
your details and obtain the SWIFT CODE for International Transfer.

Insurance
on all international deliveries are based on a per shipment basis, at a rate
of 1.5% of the value of your order.
All
prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Freight
and Insurance charges are subject to change without prior notice.
A
minimum purchase applies per order of a carton of 12, except where otherwise
stated. The
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) is
refundable and discounted on wines. This will be deducted from the price
of the wine at the time of processing your account. This is only
applicable to orders placed and shipped outside of Australia.
