Shiraz contributes plum, pepper and spice with its typical generosity.Primo Estate only use older oak barrels  for 14 months to marry the varietal components of this wine.The result is a wine that will go wonderfully with Mediterranean foods, or indeed the whole world of olive oil based cuisine.
