Australian Lambrusco - Italian, slightly sweet, fizzy red or white. For many real Lambrusco is a very different beast:low in tannin, but dry, full of strawberry fruit, high in aciditiy, and with a pungent twist of bitterness on the finish. Exactly the sort of wine that goes well with a lunch of prosciutto and salami and good bread and perhaps a few olives. There's a medium dry version as well, and a white version. All are for drinking young and not taking too seriously.
