Mudgee showed excellent palate weight and classic "Mudgee mint" qualities. This, in addition to the delicious Langhorne Creek and Clare Valley red berry components got us most of the way there. The final touch of our highly textured Barossa Shiraz brought us to exactly where we wanted to be – richly textured, smooth – but not over the top.
