ééééóTemper Bruer Shiraz Malbec is organically grown, full bodied style vintaged from Shiraz (67%) and Malbec ( 33% ) fruit. The wine is certified organic by the Organic Vignerons Association of Australia (BFA).

The characteristic of this wine is a warm cherry and blackberry fruit aromas which are enhanced by soft vanilla and cinammon characters on the nose, whilst open fermentation and maturation in American  oak casks has imparted further complexity to the wine. The wine is big and full on the palate with many soft attractive flavours, from wild berries, cherries, vanilla and coconut to earthy characters will captivate the great finesse and complexity of this wine.
