| Rebecca Salmond Reserve Gisborne Chardonnay 2004 Marlborough Region New Zealand 750ml x 12 : “Notably stylish, single-vineyard wine with lovely intensity of vibrant, citrusy, slightly biscuity flavours, crisp and slightly minerally. Rich, focused palate with mealy, barrel-ferment complexity and a lasting finish. Very elegant wine that should mature well.” -Cuisine .....Michael Cooper, who after trying the Rebecca Salmond Reserve Iliad Gisborne Chardonnay 2004 has decided in his Classic Wines of New Zealand book to make it one of his "ICON" wines.

Stonecroft Old Vines Chardonnay 2004 Hawke's Bay Region New Zealand 750ml x 12 : All Mendoza clone, hand picked, bunch pressed, and 100% barrel ferment in 50% new French oak. Aged on lees for 10 mths before bottling. These vines are 10 years young.Pale gold colour with a bouquet of biscuits and nuts. A very rich palate with peachy tones leading into a taut fine finish of citrus, cinnamon and mineral tones. Great lingering palate.Ratings 92/100 Jamie Goode. Alan Limmer said it is probably the best wine he has ever made. Quite a statement for this very reserved and highly regarded man.
